Refund Policy - the basics

At Pravartha Production Private Limited, we believe in clarity and fairness. Payments made for event registrations, auditions, contests, and digital subscriptions are generally non-refundable, except in cases where an event is cancelled by us or a verified technical/payment error occurs. In such cases, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 working days.

What to include in the Refund Policy

At Pravartha Production Private Limited, we strive to deliver a transparent and fair process for all our customers, participants, and subscribers. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be considered.

1. Event Registrations (Auditions, Contests, Workshops)

  • All registration fees paid for auditions, contests, or workshops are non-refundable, except in cases where the event is cancelled by Pravartha Production Private Limited.

  • If an event is postponed, the registration will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

 

2. OTT Subscriptions & Digital Content

  • Subscription fees for our OTT platform (Playzzel) or other digital content are non-refundable once access has been granted.

  • Refunds will not be provided for unused portions of subscription periods, unless technical issues on our side prevent you from accessing content.

 

3. Tickets for Screenings / Live Events

  • Refunds will only be issued if an event is cancelled by us.

  • No refunds for missed attendance, late entry, or personal circumstances.

 

4. Technical / Payment Issues

  • If you experience duplicate payments or face any technical error during payment, please contact us within 7 working days at contact@playzzel.com with payment details. Verified cases will be refunded within 10–15 working days to the original payment method.
